Cancellation Policy.
At Wiskawoo, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellations policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our practice. Please read the following terms carefully:
Consult Cancellation: If you need to cancel your online consult, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within this time frame will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
Late Cancellation: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. The remaining 50% of your payment will be refunded to your original method of payment.
No-Show Policy: If you do not attend your scheduled consult without prior notice, you will be charged the full amount of the consultation fee. No refunds or rescheduling options will be provided for no-shows.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment at any time up to 24 hours before your consult without incurring any fees. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the above terms.
Promo Code Cancellations: If you cancel an appointment that was booked using a promotional code, the cancellation policy will apply to the discounted amount. The promo code will not be reissued for future use.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Force Majeure: In cases of emergency, unforeseen circumstances, or events beyond our control (such as technical issues, illness, or natural disasters), Wiskawoo reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your consult without penalty. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
